As the audio assistant at LifeScore, Katia supports the Audio Team with project-based duties, specializing in the field of spatial audio and immersive music production techniques.The experience she has gained through working in recording studios and broadcast facilities has equipped her with a broad set of skills covering many aspects of professional audio.Katia recently completed 5 years of research as part of her PhD studies at AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, Poland where she investigated the perception of localization in Ambisonic technology. Alongside her academic study she travelled extensively to record soundscapes for use in music and sound design production.Outside of work Katia is passionate about exploring the uncharted playground of music production through sonic experiments.
